This Privacy Policy describes how Kotaro Endo handles user information, including personal information, in connection with our mobile application "Rabbit Care" ("うさもる" in Japanese) (the "App").

We collect the following types of information in providing the App:

Information You Provide Directly:

• Profile Information: Information you voluntarily register about your pet (e.g., name, breed, birthday, gender, weight, memos, profile picture).
• Record Information: Data you enter through the App, such as:
  • Diaries (comments, images, videos).
  • Timeline events (records of food, medication, etc.).
  • Health logs (mood, appetite, poop conditions, etc.).
  • Hospital records (hospital name, symptoms, diagnosis, images, etc.).

Information from Authentication Services:

When you create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we collect the following information as permitted by your privacy settings on those platforms:

• Google: Email address, display name, profile picture.
• Apple: Email address (including a private relay email address if selected), name.

Information Collected Automatically:

We automatically collect the following technical information when you use the App:

• Device Information: Device type, OS, language settings, etc.
• In-App Purchase Information: Subscription details for the premium plan (purchase date, expiration date, platform, product ID). We do not handle or store payment card information; payments are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
• Crash Information: Information about app crashes (via Firebase Crashlytics).
• Usage Information: Anonymized data about your interaction with the App, such as feature usage frequency and screen views (via Firebase Analytics).

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, improve, and develop the App.
• For marketing and analysis.
• To enhance security and stability.
• For other purposes to which you have consented.

Article 3 (Third-Party Disclosure)

To prevent unauthorized disclosure, we will verify your identity using a method designated by us (e.g., by requesting a copy of your driver's license). Please be aware that a fee of 1,000 JPY (tax included) will be charged per request.

Article 6 (Data Security)

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of user information. However, you acknowledge and agree that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Article 7 (User's Responsibilities)

You are solely responsible for the information you enter and record in the App. When using the sharing feature, you assume full responsibility for the content you share and the individuals with whom you share it. We are not involved in any disputes between users. We recommend that you back up important data separately.

Article 8 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through in-app notifications or other clear methods. The revised policy will be effective from the date it is posted on this page.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Kotaro Endo（以下「当方」といいます）が提供するスマートフォンアプリケーション「うさもる」（英語名: Rabbit Care）（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報を含む利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

第1条（取得する情報およびその取得方法）

当方は、本アプリの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得します。

ユーザーから直接ご提供いただく情報

• アカウント情報: メールアドレス
• プロフィール情報: ユーザーが任意で登録するペットに関する情報（名前、品種、誕生日、性別、体重、メモ、プロフィール画像など）
• 記録情報: ユーザーが本アプリを通じて入力する情報
  • 日記（コメント、画像、動画）
  • タイムラインイベント（食事、投薬の記録など）
  • 健康ログ（機嫌、食欲、うんちの状態など）
  • 通院記録（病院名、症状、診断結果、画像など）
• お問い合わせ情報: お問い合わせフォームやメールを通じて提供される情報

認証サービスから提供される情報

ユーザーがGoogleサインインまたはAppleサインインを利用して本アプリのアカウントを作成する場合、各プラットフォームのプライバシー設定によりユーザーが連携を許可した範囲で、以下の情報を取得します。

• Google: メールアドレス、表示名、プロフィール写真
• Apple: メールアドレス（ユーザーが選択した場合は非公開リレーメールアドレス）、氏名

技術情報の自動取得

本アプリの利用に伴い、以下の情報を自動的に取得します。

• 端末情報: デバイスの種類、OS、言語設定など
• アプリ内課金情報: プレミアムプランの購読情報（購入日、有効期限、プラットフォーム、購入した商品ID）。決済情報自体は、Apple Inc.またはGoogle LLCが管理し、当方はクレジットカード情報などを保持しません。
• クラッシュ情報: アプリのクラッシュに関する情報（Firebase Crashlyticsを利用）
• 利用状況に関する情報: アプリの利用状況（特定の機能の利用回数、画面遷移など）を、個人を特定できない形で匿名で収集します（Firebase Analyticsを利用）。

第2条（利用目的）

当方は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

• 本アプリのサービスの提供、維持、改善、および開発のため
• マーケティングおよび分析のため
• セキュリティおよび安定性向上のため
• その他、ユーザーの同意を得た目的のため

第3条（第三者提供）

当方は、以下の場合を除き、取得した個人情報をユーザーの同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。

• 法令に基づく場合
• 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合
• 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合
• 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合
• データ共有機能の利用: ユーザーが他のユーザーをペットの共同オーナーとして招待した場合、共有対象のペットに関する情報が当該ユーザーに共有されます。

第5条（利用者情報の開示・訂正・削除）

ユーザーは、本アプリ内の機能を利用して、登録した情報の大部分をいつでも閲覧・訂正することができます。アカウントおよび関連する全てのデータの削除を希望する場合は、アプリ内のアカウント削除機能をご利用ください。

なお、法令に定められた個人情報の開示請求につきましては、第9条のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。その際、ご本人様であることを確認するため、運転免許証の写しの提出など、当方が指定する方法で本人確認をさせていただきます。また、1件の請求あたり1,000円（税込）の手数料を申し受けますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

第6条（安全管理措置）

当方は、利用者情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の利用者情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット通信の性質上、完璧なセキュリティを保証するものではないことをユーザーは理解し、同意するものとします。

第7条（ユーザーの責任）

ユーザーは、自己の責任において本アプリに情報を入力・記録するものとします。特に、本アプリの共有機能を用いて第三者と情報を共有する場合、共有する相手および内容について全責任を負うものとし、当方はユーザー間のトラブルについて一切関与しません。また、重要な記録については、ユーザー自身で別途バックアップを取ることを推奨します。

第8条（本プライバシーポリシーの変更）

当方は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合には、アプリ内での通知など、分かりやすい方法でユーザーにお知らせします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
